Art I- week of October 1st

ART I students have continued to develop skills and techniques related to observational drawing.

To draw realistically, one must be able to observe critically.

After creating 3 viewpoint sketches of their entire object, the most interesting viewpoint was selected as the basis of the final Contour line drawing.

Viewfinders were then used to find and sketch 5 different interesting areas of the object. The most effective composition will be the basis of the final Value Close-Up.
